Etron’s Dynamic Random Access Memories (DRAMs) – are suitable for a broad portfolio of 3C (Computer Peripheral, Communication, and Consumer) products which requires high bandwidth or low-power consumption. To meet emerging customer needs and environmental requirements, Etron also provides a full lineup of green DRAM products in accordance with the Restriction of Hazardous Substance (RoHS) Directive. Etron‘s high-standard specialty buffer memory has the most complete SDR / DDRx (DDR1, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, and DDR4) capacities and solutions. 16Mb, 32Mb, 64Mb, 128Mb, 256Mb, 512Mb, 1Gb, 2Gb, 4Gb, and 8G are all readily available.
Etron’s industrial DRAM has been sold in the industrial application market for many years. The main industrial applications of Etron’s industrial DRAM include surveillances, POS (Point of Sale) systems, smart meters, programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interface (HMI) platforms.
Since 2008, Etron‘s automotive DRAM has been mass-produced and sold to customers for automotive electronics. The main automotive applications of Etron’s automotive DRAM include CD, DVD, automotive HDD, navigation, instrument cluster, audio, automotive camera, automotive infotainment, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
